Participation fee
A participation fee of 5 euros/class will be collected at the competition. Please reserve this sum in cash. The collected money will be used to cover event expenses.
Accomodation
The arrangers of the event have reserved Hotel Meripuisto for the competitors. The hotel is situated just next to the competition site. Price for a single room is 51 euros/night and double room 63 euros/night. If you need an extra bed, you will be charged 20 euros/night.
It is recommended that competitors book their rooms well in advance. Please contact the hotel reception for booking. Mention RC-OFFI to get your rooms at the above mentioned price.
Breakfast and sauna is included in the price. Breakfast is served 7.30-10.00 on weekends. The sauna is open for men 17.45-19.00 and ladies 19.15-20.30.
On Saturday evening dinner will be served in the hotel restaurant. Please let the hotel know if you are eating by June 5th. If there is interest, the hotel restaurant will be reserved for the rock crawling crowd till 1.30 am Saturday evening.
